Pasta Pasta with Shrimp and Garlic (Print this Recipe) 1 lb. lg. shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 lb. thin spaghetti 6 cloves garlic, peeled and lightly mashed 2-3 T. dried basil 1/4 C. Olive Oil 1/4 C. Water Heat garlic in oil over moderate heat until garlic turns the color of toast. Remove garlic and add remaining ingredients (cook pasta separately).
